Wash and dry the tomatoes. Chop them.

In a cooking pan heat 2 Tsp mustard oil. Add chopped tomatoes and tamarind. Cook on medium to low flame till tomatoes are soft.Cool down naturally and grind to paste the cooked tomatoes and tamarind.

Heat 1/2 cup of mustard oil in the frying pan. Add black mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds and allow to crackle on low flame.

Fry curry leaves and chopped garlic on low flame till aromatic. Mix well the tomato paste and red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Cook on low heat till everything mixed well and the oil gets separate from the cooked tomatoes.

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 fan.

* Step 2

Peel the potatoes, chop into large chunks and place straight into a roasting tin.

Chop the onions and tomatoes into large wedges and place straight into the roasting tin.

Cut the peppers into large chunks and set aside.

Cut one lemon in half and thinly slice the other one. Set both aside.

Drissle the roasting tin with olive oil, add salt and pepper and toss.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes, meanwhile trim any fat off the chicken thighs and slash each a couple of times.

Once the 20 minutes has passed add the peppers and mix.

Place the chicken thighs on top and sprinkle with the paprika and oregano.

Place the thin slices of lemon top and squeeze the half lemon all over.

Put is back in the oven for another 40 minutes or until chicken is golden.

Cut 8 quarters of Salad Tomatoes from the 2 Tomatoes and then cut thin scallops of Cucumber from half a large Cucumber and then it's ready too eat

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2.Place very cold whole tomatoes onto the baking tray and then place One shop bought wrap on top of the 6 tomatoes,time 2 minutes for the wrap and then place on a Dinner Plate,bake the rest of the wraps in the same way.

* Step 2

Bring all together and then make your wraps. Is too filling for your stomach too eat 5 filled wraps so make about 2 for later,place on a Dinner Plate and then wrap clingfilm around and then store in the Fridge.

Is Jalapeño Chillies in the Salsa,so this salad is not a bland one.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5,wash raw whole chicken under the cold water tap if defrosted - if defrosted roast in the oven with foil over the top for 2 hours and then take the foil off - for the last 30 minutes of Roasting and then allow to rest - in maybe a separate - dry Roasting Tin - allow too rest and cool for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Cook the frozen Garden Peas in boiling hot water and then drain and allow the cooked peas to cool down.

* Step 3

Put mint,the One teaspoon of salt,Lime juice,Jalapeños,garlic cloves,the chopped Red onion in a Food Processor with a Pulse button,or a Nutri Ninja Blender that has a Pulse button as well - Pulse 10 times.Add cored tomatoes (don't use tomato pip's and juice),chop them a little and then Pulse about 5 times with the other ingredients - no need too drain

* Step 4

Place a lot of Lettuce leaves in a large metal mixing bowl and then pour over all the Salsa,add the 2 chicken breasts in some way and then pour on the cold,cooked Garden Peas.Would be nice with crisp fried bread as Croutons.
