Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Take soaked yellow moong dal and a cup of water, chopped veggies and tomatoes in a pressure cooker. Cook for 1 whistle. Cool down naturally.

Chop paneer in triangular/cubes. Arrange the masala paste ingredients. Heat ghee in a wok add cumin seeds and whole garam masala.

Saute whole garam masala on low flame till aromatic, add the cashews masala paste. Further process to add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook on low flame.
