Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil and fry chopped onion to make Birista. Set aside.

To the remaining oil, add butter and fry whole garam masala on low flame till aromatic.

Add the chopped onion and saute till transparent. Now saute ginger garlic paste, till done.

Mix the veggies, paneer cubes, boiled chana and yellow matar and red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder.

Cook on low to medium flame. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

The delicious veg biryani is ready. Add Birista to the biryani. Serve hot with Masala curd raita with Mint leaves and lemon salad.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan, add oil or ghee, heat it.

* Step 2

Add zeera, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Now add hing, ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.

* Step 4

Add mashed matar, stir fry it for a minute.

* Step 5

Now add all the other ingredients one by one, stir fry it until dry.

* Step 6

Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, keep aside to cool down.

* Step 7

Now take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients, mix it thoroughly.

* Step 8

Take med. portions from the paneer batter, flatten it, now make a pit inside.

* Step 9

Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges, make kebab.

* Step 10

Dust the kebabs with lil corn flour, make all the kebabs in the same manner.

* Step 11

Take a pan, add oil in the mediocre amount, heat it.

* Step 12

Shallow fry the kebabs until both sides become brown.

* Step 13

Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney.

A good tea time snack...

Take a deep bottom pan, add milk, boil it at low flame. Add fresh cream also.

* Step 1

First, make a caramel sauce: To make the caramel sauce, heat some sugar in a pan, after melting sugar add some water and again heat for 5 minutes.

Add all the dry fruits in a caramel sauce and keep it for 2 hours.

* Step 3

Take maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and dal chini powder in a pot and mix it properly then sieve this mixture through strainer three times.

* Step 4

Take butter and milkmaid in a bowl and mix it for 5 minutes very smoothly, Add some mixture and mix it properly. If required, add some caramel sauce and mix smoothly. Add soaked dry fruits.

* Step 5

Repeat this process to mix all the mixture for 10 minutes till this paste becomes pulpy.

* Step 6

Apply some oil to the baking bowl and baking paper also. Now keep the prepared mixture in a baking bowl, garnish with dry fruits and keep this bowl in a 180 degrees C preheated oven for 30 minutes.

* Step 7

Remove the bowl from the oven, when the bowl becomes the cool place the cake in a tray and decorate the cake with cookies and milk chocolate.

Now greased the pan with oil and little amount of flour in a pan and pour the batter into the baking pan.and bake for 25 min.after 25 min remove the pan from the baking steam and pour in a medium size bowl and keep inside the refrigerator till it become chill and firm to put it in the plate.
