pizza sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

TO MAKE THE DOUGH

Mix sour curd and make the dough. If required add warm water.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep in the warm place for 1 hour.

* Step 4

FOP PIZZA BAKING

After 1 hr in a baking tray sprinkle some flour. Make the base from the dough.

Apply butter first then the pizza sauce all over the base and next mozzarella cheese evenly and then the veggies with herbs.

Finally spread the remaining mozzarella cheese on the top of the veggies and cook in a pre - heated oven. I have put extra cottage cheese topping on Pizza.

* Step 1

Wash Karela,s and wipe them.Chop them into round,s

Keep in the sunlight for 2 hrs.or under the fan to dry.

* Step 3

Put Karela,s in a bowl and all the ingredients.Mix well.

Then transfer it in clean dry jar.keep the jar in sunlight for 3-4 days.Achar will be ready to eat in about 7 days.

* Step 1

Firstly take bowl put oats, Maida, ajwain, kalunji, cumin powder, salt, ghee leftover, ghee and with the help of lukewarm milk knead soft dough.

* Step 2

Then cover it with muslin clothes for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile heat the oil in kadhai.

* Step 3

Now knead the dough once again after 15 min and take small size ball make a shape like thick roti, then cut it as like smiley shapes.

* Step 4

Then deep fry it on sim flame. You make all the namakpare and fry it.

Then take jar put carrots, methi seeds, Rai, sanuf, kalonji, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, heeng, amchur powder, salt, mustard oil and mix it properly.

* Step 3

Then air tight the jar and put it in fridge and store it. It's stays for 1 month.

* Step 1

Firstly take all purpose flour in bowl put ajwain, kalunji, kasuri meethi, salt, oil and mix it nicely then with water make soft dough and keep aside.

* Step 2

Now take bowl put chickpea flour add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chat masala powder, mustard oil and mix it nicely then with water make tight dough.

* Step 3

Now take roti size dough and with the help of rolling pin and board make roti the keep aside, then take roti size dough and make roti with the help of rolling pin and board.

* Step 4

Then take all purpose flour roti put chickpea flour roti on it and press it properly. Than roll it till end. Then cut it in small pieces.

* Step 5

Then again with rolling pin and board give mathri shape and make all like this.

* Step 6

Then in kadhai heat oil and deep fry all mathri.
