Subse phele dough k dry ingre mix karen aur phir oil mix kar k pani se medium soft dough bana lein aur 15 min rest dein.

Qeema ko wash kar k ache se pani nichor lein.ab sub ingre mix karen filling ready hai.

* Step 3

Steamer me pani dal k stove pe rakh dein k steamer ready hojaye.

* Step 4

Counter pe maida dust karen aur dough k pairay bana lein ab ek paira lein aur bail lein thora thin bailay.

* Step 5

Cutter se cut kar lein corners pe pani lagaten center me filling rakhen aur ache se corners press kar k shape dein lein.

* Step 6

Steamer dish ko oil se brush kar lein.aur dumplings ko rakh k 15 min steam dein lein.

* Step 7

Ready hone pe aram se nikal k dish out karen aur sauce k sath serve karen.

Oil me onion fry karein, usme lehsan adrak ka paste daalen bhunne ke baad tamam masalay or tomatoes daalen, mazeed bhunne ke baad qeema add kar ke usko fry karein or galne dein. hare lehsan ko dho kar kaat kar isme add karein. or darmiyani aanch par pakne dein.

#Recreate Hareesa is a sister of haleem and there so many different methods to make this,but I’m going to share the easiest one with you . Make and enjoy this royal dish on eid .

Ingredient

Moong daal

1/2 cup

Rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pressure cooker, heat the oil and add mutton boneless cubes and fry for 10 mins then add the cumin powder,salt,black pepper crushed,ginger garlic paste, green chili paste,water,mix well and bring it to boil.

* Step 2

Cover and cook on medium low flame until meat is tender (approx. 40-45 minutes) then mash well,take out in a bowl & set aside.

* Step 3

In another cookware, add moong daal,oat,rice,water,mix well & bring it to boil.

* Step 4

Cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).

* Step 5

Prepare Kabab: In bowl,add chicken mince,green chili paste,ginger garlic paste, Salt, cumin powder, red chili powder and coriander and mix well.

* Step 6

Add gram flour and mix until well combined.

* Step 7

Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make small kababs of equal sizes (makes18-20).

* Step 8

In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry kababs until golden brown & set aside for later use.

* Step 9

Turn off the flame and blend the mixture with the help of the blender until required consistency.

* Step 10

Turn on the flame,add cooked meat and mix well.

* Step 11

Add salt and mix well.

* Step 12

Add water and mix well.

* Step 13

Now add prepared kababs and give it a good mix.

* Step 14

Tadka: In blender,add spinach,green chilies,blend well & set aside.

* Step 15

In frying pan heat the oil Then add blended green paste and fry for 4-5 minutes.Now pour tadka on hareesa mixture.

* Step 16

In same frying pan, add the desi ghee and ginger and fry it till golden.

* Step 17

Put Hareesa in serving dish then pour ginger tadka on top.

* Step 18

Garnish with fresh cilantro and some green chilies and enjoy
