* Step 1

Subse phele chawalon ko dho k soak kar dein for 1 hour.

* Step 2

Ek kholay pateelay me pani dalien boil karen phir us me chawalon k according salt aur 1 tbsp sirka add kar chawal dal k boil kar lein 1 kanni chor dein aur pani drain kar dein.

Ek pateeli oil dalien aur pyaz dal k golden kar lein ab chicken aur lehsan adrak ka paste dal k itna bhon lein k chicken brown hojaye.
