Ek pateeli me oil dal k pyaz brown karen r nikal lein.

Ab usi oil me chicken ko lehsan k sath bhon lein ache se.

Phir sub masalay siwaye adrak r kaju badam paste k dal k bhone ache se.

* Step 5

Dhai ko phaint lein r chicken me add karen r bhone.phir thora pani add kar k cook kar lein.

Jab meat half done hojaye to alo ko baray piece me cut kar k gosht me add kar dein.

Alo r gosht gal jayen to bhon lein.gravy ready hai.

Ab chawalon ko diye gaye ingre k sath boil kar pani drain kar lein.

Layer k ingre ko cut kar k rakh kein.zafran ko pani me bhigo dein.

Ingredient

1-1/2 cups

Oil

1/2 litre

Water

To Taste

Cumin Seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil and add curry patta,,green illaichi,bari illaichi,cloves,green chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Now add chicken and fry until the chicken changes it's colour.

* Step 2

Add tomatoes and cook on high heat until the tomatoes are loose and cooked.

* Step 3

Add all the spices(except garam masala) and mix. Add a splash of hot water and stir fry on high heat. When the water dries, add potatoes and add another splash of hot water, half of the coriander and stir fry on high heat. Do this again for 3 times until potatoes are half cooked.

* Step 4

Now add rest of the hot water and reduce the flame to low. Cover the pot and let it cook for 20 mins or until the oil comes up. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander and serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.
