Few corn kernels

* Step 1

Take a bowl add Mayonnaise and Cream cheese. Mix well

Add all vegetables and salt pepper and red Chilli flakes.

Cut the sides of Bread. Apply Butter to it.

Spread the mixture on one slice of the bread. And keep another one on it. Cut into 2 halves and serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.

#Ambassador I am a huge fan of sweet french toasts and must have once in a week. But as I saw this spicy savoury french toast recipe by @Saroah Zeeshan it watered my mouth fully 🤤 so I saved it and today having it in my breakfast 😍 Just added a garlic clove becuase I love garlic 😄What a recipe I must say just loving it and I am sure I will try it agian and again.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Crack and egg in a deep bowl/plate.Add milk chopped onion, tomato and chillies. Make sure it is finely chopped.

Add some spice: chili powder and cumin with egg. Whisk it properly and dip the slice of bread in that batter. Dip one side then flip it and dip to another side.

Put the dipped slice into oil of preheated pan. I did it shallow fry.Pour egg mixture on the toast with spoon. Spread evenly

Just check if one side is done flip it.

Dish out in plate and serve with chai. Enjoy your breakfast

1/2 cup

rice flour

1/4 tsp

cooking soda

1/4 tsp

Asafoetida

To taste

* Step 1

In a bowl add semolina and rice flour. Mix well. Add grated carrots, onions, chopped coriander, grated ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and curd. Mix well and add cooking soda, soda and cumin seeds.

Mix well and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.

Heat and grease the paniyaram pan. Put a tbsp of batter in each part of the pan. Cover the pan and let it cook for 7 minutes.

Gently flip them. Cover and cook on other side for 3 minutes. After three minutes the paniyaram are done.

Remove the paniyaram. Serve hot with chutney of your choice and tea or coffee.

1/4 tsp

Cumin

chat masala

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

kasuri methi

1/2 cup

paneer

1 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the paneer, saute paneer cubes in oil and set aside once done.

* Step 2

For the gravy, add 2 tsp olive oil; add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds when hot.

* Step 3

Once they crackle, add onions and saute till translucent (not brown).

* Step 4

Add the ginger, garlic and chilli; cook till the raw smell is gone.

* Step 5

Add tomatoes and cook till mushy (if using chopped tomatoes) and till oil starts to separate.

* Step 6

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala.

* Step 7

Add 1-2 tsp water to prevent the spices from burning. Blend it (or you can leave them as is as well)

* Step 8

Add spinach puree and cook for 3-5 min. Make sure before you blend the puree, you squeeze out all the water.

* Step 9

Add paneer cubes.

* Step 10

Add kasuri methi and chat masala; boil well.

* Step 11

Add cream (optional) and mix well; don't cook for too long after adding the cream.

* Step 12

Serve hot with paratha or rice!

Middle eastern inspired kebabs, can be made at any size for any situation. (If you have any feedback/ways I could improve, feel free to message me)

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

minced garlic

1 tablespoon

gram flour

shawarma powder

1 teaspoon

corriander powder

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

paprika

1 teaspoon

turmeric

1 teaspoon

chilli powder

1 teaspoon

clove powder

1 teaspoon

cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soften the onions in a pan until soft (you can use oil or an oil alternative if you want, I use a small amount of water once the onions and pan are warm to stop them from burning).

Put onions and a bowl and allow to cool (putting them in a fridge speeds up the process).

* Step 3

Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.

Lay out a bit of cling film. Take some of your mixture and shape it into a thick sausage shape. Place onto the cling film (on the left side). Press a skewer stick in the middle of the mixture and wrap the mixture around it.

Wrap tightly in the cling film and lightly roll into a neater sausage shape. (How many you make depends on the size, I made 5 but they were quite big).

Put in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 24 hours (I did it overnight).

* Step 7

Take the kebabs out of the fridge and pre-heat your grill/oven/barbeque to it's highest temperature. Allow Kebabs to get to room temperature.

* Step 8

Unwrap kebabs and place them on a sheet of tinfoil and cook for 15 minutes (or until they're cooked), turning every now and again.

Take out and serve either on their own, with some food or accompanying a main meal.

Making the shawarma powder yourself; Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
