* Step 1

Wash and clean chicken.

MARINATE this with lemon juice ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder. For about 15 mins.

Take a glass Bowl and put curd in it.

Now add remaining masalas into it.and mix well.

Add chicken and keep for Marination for atleast how hours.

Take non stick pan. Add butter or ghee.

Now add marinated chicken and saute well. Let it dry.

For coal effect keep charcoal for burning.

Keep the aluminium foil and put the burning coal on it. Pour some ghee into it and keep for 10 mins. Lower the flame.

* Step 1

Wash chicken properly. Take a bowl. Put curd and put all masalas like Garam Masala, tandoori Masala, lemon juice, Haldi,ginger garlic paste, Kastoori methi, salt, Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder.

Now add Chicken to it. And mix well. Marinate this chicken for atleast 3 to 4 hours in fridge.

For Gravy.. Keep one Kadai. Add little oil. Put roughly cut onions..let it saute.

Add Ginger garlic paste.

Saute until onions turn pink. Now add cashew nuts and tomatoes. And lunch of salt so that the mixture gets soft faster. After mixture gets softer add little water and cook for 5 mins. Let the mixture gets cool.

Now blend the mixture in mixer jar.

Strain the masala in seive to get smooth paste.

Now take Kadai and put ghee into it. Add Elachi and lower the flame.

Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. And saute for 10 seconds. And to it add the paste.

Add tandoori Masala, coriander powder, salt and garam masala. To it add pinch to red food colour which is optional.

Take one non stick pan and put the marinated chicken into it. Saute until it gets dry.

For coal effect..or tandoori effect keep one coal on flame till it becomes red.

Now keep this coal on aluminium foil over chicken. Lower the flame and on and pour some ghee or butter into the burning coal and immediately close with cover.

After 10 15 mins put this chicken into gravy and cook for 5 mins.

In pan add 6 tablespoons oil add chop onion 1 and 1 tablespoons zeera

* Step 2

When onion became golden add 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon red chilli powder 2 table spoon dhanya powder half teaspoon haldi 1 table spoon salt and 6 tablespoons tomato paste and bhonfy

* Step 3

Add 2 cup boil lobia half teaspoon garam masala powder and half cup water cook until gravy becomes thick garnish with coriander serve with boil rice or roti

#joy, Assalamo Alikum,don't panic it's macher not muchar,😜😂😂the PRAWN KARAHI in Bangladesh is called this, so in order to make the topic catchy l made the title 😂😂😂 the joy contest has finally came to an end, l just like to share this dish and it's unique and easy, eaten by my family as they don't like prawns very much 😒🙄😜

* Step 1

In a large pan add oil, heat and add onion, toss and make it light brown

Add the paste into the pan again and add all the ingredients except the prwans

Wash the prwans thoroughly and remove its center blackish line. When the oil starts to separate add them and fry on high flame for 2 minutes so that they changes color and then lower the heat on very low flame and sprinkle with dhania, thin slices of ginger and green chill I chopped.Cook for 30 minutes

Bread Pakora is a popular and tasty snack of savory deep fried bread fritters from the North Indian Cuisine, especially Punjabi Cuisine.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Making Stuffing: Boil or steam the potato in a pressure cooker or steamer till it is completely cooked. When the potato becomes warm, then peel it. Grate and keep aside. You can also mash and keep aside. Add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, salt to the grated potatoes. Mix the spices & herbs very well with the mashed potatoes. Check the seasonings and adjust accordingly. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Making Bread Pakora Batter: In a bowl, take the Besan (gram flour), ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida, baking soda (optional) and salt. Now add around ½ cup of water and mix very well. The batter should not be very thick nor too thin. If the batter is too thick, then add more water. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of hot oil when you keep the oil for deep frying in the batter. Mix well. Whisk briskly non-stop for 1 to 2 minutes to incorporate some air in the batter.

* Step 3

Assembling Bread Pakora: Take a slice of bread, spread a thick layer of green chutney on it. Keepü it aside. take another slice of bread and spread an even layer of (around 2 to 3 tablespoons) the potato mixture. Cover this potato stuffed slice with another slice. take a fourth slice of bread and spread a thick layer Ketchup, Now assemble the bread layers together with the chutney slice and the ketchup slice sandwiching the potato layers, slightly press the sandwich.

* Step 4

Take the entire sandwich in your hand and dip it in the besan batter. Coat the stuffed bread sandwich evenly with the besan batter. Be gentle with the sandwich. Take care not to keep the stuffed bread sandwich a long time in the batter as the bread tends to break.

* Step 5

Frying Bread Pakora: By now, your oil is hot and you can easily slide the besan batter coated bread sandwich in the oil. Fry on a medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown. Drain them on a tissue paper. So that excess oil is absorbed. slice them up and serve bread pakoda hot or warm with tomato sauce or with any chutney of your choice. Enjoy the bread pakoda in the rains with a cup of indian ginger tea or masala tea.
