Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash potatoes.

* Step 2

In a pot, Boil potatoes until they are soft.

* Step 3

Drain water and Start mashing.

* Step 4

Add milk, cream cheese and spices.

* Step 5

When thoroughly mixed you can serve.

* Step 6

For a smoother texture, you can add more milk or you can mash your potatoes with a food processor.

Peel the potatoes, chop the potatoes into wedges and wash well

* Step 2

Place in a sauce pan with salty water and boil slightly. drain and allow to cool

* Step 3

In a pan with hot oil, deep fry the slightly boiled potatoes till they get a nice coating

* Step 4

In another pan, melt butter, add in onions then toss the potatoes until they get a golden brown crust, as you sprinkle the rosemary and aromat

* Step 5

Serve hot

Finely flake the fish. Finely chop onion, coriander and lemon juice and to the fish. Grind the sunflower seeds finely. Add the rest of the ingredient including the ground seeds and mix thoroughly.

Ingredient

medium curry

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour, aromat, herbs, curry, pepper and salt. Add to fish, shake to coat well.

On medium heat, fry fish for 5 minutes then turn. After turning it over, fry for further 3 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and serve.
