Spray the Spray & Cook into the mug. Add the butter and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Add the white, brown sugar vanilla essence and salt and mix.

Add the egg yolk and mix.

Add the cake flour and chocolate chips and mix.

Microwave for 40-50 seconds.

In a bowl whisk the cake flour, white sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.

Add the milk, vanilla essence, red food colouring and meltef butter. Mix together.

In another bowl mix the cream cheese and icing sugar.

Spray & cook two microwavable tea cups. Pour a quarter of the batter in each cup. Add half of the cream cheese into each cup. Add the rest if the batter.

Bake individually in the microwave for 60 seconds. Dust with icing sugar.

* Step 1

Grease a large muffin tin with Spray & Cook.

* Step 2

Cut the wraps in half. Place the wraps in the muffin tin.

Slice the pepper and cut the mushrooms into quarters. In a pan heat olive oil. Fry the peppers for until soft. Add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Let cool slightly.

Chop the leftover meat, bacon and/or salami into smaller pieces. Mix all the vegetables and meat in a bowl. Scoop the meat mixture into each wrap muffin.

Grate the cheese. In a bowl whisk the grated cheese, eggs, milk, paprika, salt and pepper.

* Step 1

Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Chop the apples into smaller cubes.

In a pot add the chopped apples, brown sugar, maizena flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until soft and sticky.

In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and ground cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a muffin tin generously with Spray & Cook.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place it into the muffin tin. Don't worry if it breaks just cover the holes.
