I found so many great noodle recipes. I was inspired by @ShellyZevio, @Angelica2h and @Noeymasilela. I love making a vegetable broth as you can use all those veggies that are going off. #cookeverypart

Ingredient

* Step 1

You can use all leftover onion peels, carrot peels and even garlic peels that you did not use in another recipe for your broth.

* Step 2

Broth: Chop the onion, carrot and celery into big chunks. Crush the garlic gently with spoon or knife blade. Drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pot and add your chunks and garlic to the pot. Add the skins and the part you usually throw away.

Fry for a few minutes on medium heat to give some colour.

Chop the fresh parsley and fresh ginger. Add to the pot.

Gently add the cold water and lower the heat. The water should simmer gently. Let it simmer for at least an hour to develop the flavour in the water.

Veggies: Preheat your oven to 180'C. Slice the red cabbage into slices. Place on a oven pan, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and roast for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn around half way. Shred the cabbage to make chunky loose pieces.

Slice the sweet red pepper and spring onion into slices. Add the head of the red pepper and ends or the spring onion to your broth.

After your broth cooked for an hour. Taste if you are happy with the flavour. Strain the broth into another pot. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a simmer. Add your instant noodles and cook to 2 to 4 minutes or until the noodles are soft.

Serve in a deep bowl. Add your noodles and broth. Top with shredded roasted red cabbage, sliced sweet red pepper and spring onion. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Cut the beef flesh into small pieces across the grain. Over high heat, quickly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Transfer the meat to a clay pot. Salt and season to taste.

Cut the carrots into strips, and the onions into thin half rings, or quarters. Fry in a pan after the meat, until soft. Add some vegetable oil.

Cut pears and apples into wide slices. Shallots in halves, sweet peppers in large pieces. Place in a baking dish.

Peel the sweet potato and cut into wide, long slices. Wrap each slice with a strip of bacon.

Place the bacon-wrapped sweet potatoes in the center of the baking dish. Place vegetables and fruits around.

Add Broccoli and cream cheese. My broccoli is frozen. And the cheese is similar in structure to Brynza, but much softer.

Super easy, quick and tasty. Ideal for a buffet or for accompanying wine!!!!!

* Step 1

Spread a layer of olive paste on the puff pastry filo sheet (leave a margin of about 5 cm) then place the sweet red peppers cut into small pieces on that and the feta cheese that you have crumbled, on top.

* Step 2

Wrap into a roll. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes so that it gets firm and then cut into slices (like the biscuits).

* Step 3

Spread the slices on a baking tray and brush with a little egg yolk on top. Bake for about 25' until the puff pastry gets golden brown.

5 . Turkey with olives and ouzo

Combining 2-3 recipes and using whatever ingredients I had at hand, turned out an amazing recipe!

* Step 1

Cut the turkey into small cubes. Chop the onions into round slices and the pepper into cubes as well.

* Step 2

Place the oil in a large (wide) pot and sauté the onions and peppers together. After a while add the turkey cubes.

* Step 3

Toss, and when the turkey is sautéed on all sides stir in the ouzo (the more fragrant it is the better).

* Step 4

Add the tomato paste (according to how much sauce and how red you want it to be) and a little water then add the olives after having removed the pits and cut them to at least 4 pieces each.

* Step 5

Cover and let it boil. It doesn't take long, the turkey cooks very quickly.

* Step 6

When it is done cut pieces of feta cheese and add them in. Mix so that the feta cheese melts and it is ready!
