Individual quiches
I love quiche because you can make it with any leftover meat or vegetables.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grease a large muffin tin with Spray & Cook.
* Step 2
Cut the wraps in half. Place the wraps in the muffin tin.
* Step 3
Slice the pepper and cut the mushrooms into quarters. In a pan heat olive oil. Fry the peppers for until soft. Add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Let cool slightly.
* Step 4
Chop the leftover meat, bacon and/or salami into smaller pieces. Mix all the vegetables and meat in a bowl. Scoop the meat mixture into each wrap muffin.
* Step 5
Grate the cheese. In a bowl whisk the grated cheese, eggs, milk, paprika, salt and pepper.
* Step 6
Pour the egg mixture into each wrap muffin. Mix the cheese into the mixture slightly with a teaspoon.
* Step 7
Bake for 45-60 minutes. Enjoy then hot or cold.
