This is one of my my mom's go-to recipes when we have guests. I love it and made it now for a little get together😉

Ingredient

250 g

cremora

250 ml

hot water

125 ml

lemon juice

1/2 packet

tennis biscuits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the hot water and cremora together and place in fridge until cold.

* Step 2

Whisk cremora until it thickens like cream - this takes minimum 30 minutes. Be patient and leave in electrical mixer and walk away 😁

* Step 3

As soon as it is thick mix in condensed milk and lemon juice.

* Step 4

Pack tennis biscuits at the bottom of you serving tray and pour over cremora mixture. Let set in fridge. Always better the next day.

Ingredient

1 packages

tennis biscuits

3 can

milk

4 tsp

margarine

6 tbsp

maizena

2 medium

eggs, beaten

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the condensed milk, milk and margarine . Micro on high for 8 mins, stirring after 4 mins.

* Step 2

Place layer of biscuits at bottom of dish.

* Step 3

Mixmaizena, little milk, vanilla and egg well.

* Step 4

Add this mix to hot mix and micro on high for 4 or 5 mins, stirring after each . Mix must be quite thick.

* Step 5

Pour mixture over back of spoon onto base of dish.

* Step 6

Crumble extra biscuit, mix with cinnamon and sprinkle over tart.

* Step 7

Set in fridge

Ingredient

500 ml

fresh cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 1,5 peppermint crisp bars break into pieces and turn into dust in a bullet blender.

* Step 2

Whip the cream until soft peaks.

* Step 3

In a separate bowl blend the caramel until creamy. Now combined with the cream using a spatula. Add the chocolate dust and mix, still using the spatula. Split the caramel mixture into 3 equal parts.

* Step 4

In a suitable dish (preferably square or rectangular) place a layer of ladyfinger biscuits. Spoon 1 batch over the ladyfingers in the bowl.

* Step 5

Now cover with tennis biscuits. Then layer another batch over the tennis biscuits. Repeat this step.

* Step 6

Take half of a chocolate bar and turn into dust and sift over the tart. Crush the last chocolate bar and sprinkle over the tart.

Leave in fridge for 5 hours, but preferably overnight.

An easy pudding for a summers day

Ingredient

950 ml

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place finger biscuits in a lightly greased pudding dish

* Step 2

Mix one packet of jelly with 250ml boiling water then add 250ml cold milk and mix. Crumble chocolate into the mixture. If the instructions on the packet is different you must follow them, except use half water and half milk

* Step 3

Pour jelly mix over biscuits and leave in fridge until set, about 20 minutes

Mix 2nd packet of jelly the same as the 1st packet expect you must not add a chocolate this time

* Step 5

Pour over the 1st layer and put back into the fridge until almost set. About 10 minutes

* Step 6

Cover the top with tennis biscuits by placing an eaven layer on the jelly mix. Put it back into the fridge until set. About 10 minutes

Put a plate over the bowl and turn it upside down. It the pudding doesn't slide out just give it a little shake

* Step 8

Mix the instant fridge pudding with 450ml milk until thick, if the packet is different you must follow their instructions

* Step 9

Spread the instant pudding mix over the jelly pudding

* Step 10

Place the sliced strawberries on top in a pattern and sprinkle the last crumbled chocolate over

Yesterday I try this lovely, tasty delicious chocolate tart.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all your ingredients before starting to make it your tart

Pour your crushed biscuits into the bowl

Melt the margarine and pour in the crushed biscuits then mix to make a base

Take a pour break the slabs add margarine and melt the add milk vanilla and geletine mix well and pour into a base and take it into the Frigde to set.

Once set remove and enjoy with your family
