* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, add carom seeds and salt. Mix well. Add oil and combine the flour in a binding manner.then add water little by little and knead it.make a semi soft dough.cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

For preparing stuffing heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.add cumin seeds and asafoetida Saute 3p seconds add finely chopped onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute until they turn golden brown.

Add mashed potatoes cook for a minute on medium flame. Now add salt and all powder spices mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves mix and switch off the flame. Allow to cool it completely.

In a bowl add corn flour and ghee mix well and make a smooth paste. Keep aside

Take the dough knead 3-4 times again.transfer on kitchen counter and roll it in a cylindrical shape..with a sharp knife cut into 7 equal parts. Make smooth balls from it take one ball and cover the rest.

Roll one ball like a big and thin roti as shown in below pic.prepare all rotis.take one roti and apply a thin layer of corn flour paste all over on the roti.

Dust some fliur on it and Place other roti on it and again apply the paste.dust little flour and repeat the same process with all rotis. At last there has prepared a thick layer of rotis apply the paste on the top of the last roti and dust some flour.

Roll it from one side and Make a tight roll.roll in one direction.now cut into equal pieces. take a part and slight press with your palm.

Dust some flour and roll it like a small medium thick roti.cut this into square shape and remove extra parts.put some filling in the middle apply water on the edges and fold it.

Prepare all patties like wise.heat oil in a kadhai when oil is medium hot add the patties. Fry the patties on Medium hot oil until they turn golden brown.

Remove from oil and place on absorbing paper. Serve these puff patties hot with tomato ketchup

* Step 1

Arrange all ingredients. In a mixing bowl take mashed potatoes add corn flour and all powder spices and salt. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Grease your hand with oil and take a small amount of potato mixture roll it on the palm. Press with a spoon or thumb in the middle to make a hole as shown below in the pic.

Prepare all the potato cups.Take appe pan grease with oil. place these cup carefully in appe mould.cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes or till they turn golden brown from the bottom side.remove from pan and transfer in a plate.

Now add little amount of chopped onion,carrots,capsicum and boiled green peas in the middle of these cups. Ready all cups likewise. Place these cups on a microwave tawa. Add grated cheese on the top.

First take the poha in a strainer wash it very well for 3-4 times then keep aside for ten minutes.

Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, green peas and poha.mix well. now add all the powder spices, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix all together.

Take a bowl break two eggs in it.add black pepper powder and little salt in eggs.mix nicely.heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan.take one by one tikki dip into egg's batter and put in the pan

* Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, along with the salt and pepper powder. Mix well to make a smooth mixture. Grease palms with oil divide them into 6-8 equal portions shaped into balls.

* Step 2

In another bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, cashew nuts, raisins, green chillies, salt, ginger and coriander leaves. Mix well to combine them, grease palms with oil divide them into 6-8 equal portions shaped into balls. Next grease your fingers and palms with oil. Take one portion of the potato mixture and flatten it on the palm of your hand. Place the paneer - dry fruit filling in the center. cover the edges and flattened it then make koftas in round shape or oval shape as your choice.

* Step 3

In a kadhai heat the oil and add the koftas for frying on medium low flame untill it turns golden brown.take out and keep aside

* Step 4

To make a curry in a pan add one tsp oil heat it then add roughly chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashew, fennel seeds and green chillies saute few minutes then add 1/4 cup water cover it and cooked until the onion and tomatoes become soft. Turn the flame. Cool it and make a fine paste in a mixer jar.

* Step 5

In a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil heat it add cumin seeds and when it splutters add Dry red chilli saute few seconds then add the onion tomatoes paste. Saute and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add all dry powder spices.

* Step 6

Saute 1-2 minutes then add little water,cover and cooked for 3-4 minutes when the oil separated add 1/2 cup water and check the consistency of gravy, add koftas and boil it for another minute and turn off the flame.

* Step 7

Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
