* Step 1

In a pan or kadhai add oil,when oil heats up add garlic and saute for a minute then add chopped onion saute for 3-4 minutes or until they turn translucent. Add tomato puree.

* Step 2

Cook thr puree for 3-4 minutes. Stir continuously. Add mixed herbs,pepper powder and salt.mix well add cream stir.

Add some water,stir and cook till the sauce turns thick. Add the basil leaves, mix.The sauce is ready. Now add the chopped veggies and corns.mix well.

Mix that all veggies coated perfectly with sauce and cooked on high flame for 2-3 minute, add boiled kidney beans,Chilli flakes and salt. mix again. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add boiled rice,mix gently add ketchup and mix again cook for a minute. Turn off the flame. Maxican rice is ready.

Ingredient

250 gms

basa fillet

2 tbsp

cornflour

3-4 tbsp

butter

1 tsp

parsley

* Step 1

In a bowl take basa fillets. Marinate it with salt and pepper. Keep it rest for 10 minutes.

Take a plate put cornflour. Coat both the side of the fillet with dry cornflour.

Now heat a pan add some butter. Add grated garlic and grated onion. Stir. After one minute take it out from the pan.

Fry the fillets in the same oil. Fry both sides till golden in color. Now add half lemon juice and parsley. Add some water and onion mixture. Switch off the flame.

In another pan heat butter. Add all the vegetables. Saute. Add salt and pepper powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Take it out from the pan.

Take a dinner plate. Put some cabbage leaves. Put the fish fillets on them. Pour the sauce on the fillets. Garnish with tossed vegetables and serve.

* Step 1

In a pan boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes. Pour it in stainer and rinse with cold water. Add 1 tsp of oil and mix it.

* Step 2

In a frying pan heat oil. Make a omlet with 3 eggs. Then cut into strips.

* Step 3

In a karahi add 2 tbsp of oil heat it. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Stir for 15 second. Add onion and fry it.

* Step 4

Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capsicum stir it. Add green chilli sauce,soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper. Stir it on a high flame.

* Step 5

Add boiled noodles toss it to mix the vegetables. Add salt fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add omlet strips and toss it. Serve it with chilli paneer.

Spread ketchup and sauce on the dough.Spread the chicken mixture and top it with the grated mozzarella cheese.., the sprinkle dried oregano then bake on 190 - 200 degree C for 15--20 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 3

Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one min.

* Step 4

Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one min.

* Step 5

Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.

* Step 6

Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.

Serve hot.
