Ingredient

1/2 cup

makki flour

1/4 cup

wheat flour

1 bunch

methi leaves

1 tbsp

oil

As required

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash the bathua and methi leaves separately then chopped both od them In a mixing bowl take all flour, add powder spices then add chopped onion,green chillies and grated ginger garlic. Mix well.

* Step 2

Add chopped methi and bathua leaves,add 1tbsp oil mix together. gradually add hot water. Mix and knead.

* Step 3

Make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes. Take the dough make medium size balls. Take one ball dust some flour on rolling board and roll the paratha.

* Step 4

Heat griddle and put parantha on it. Apply oil on both sides and fry till it turns brown, turning regularly. Make all paranthas in this way.

wheat flour

1 tsp

salt

* Step 1

First wash and grate the cabbage and broccoli. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil mix well. Gradually add water and knead it.make a soft dough. cover and keep aside for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds saute 30 seconds then add chopped ginger and green chillies saute 30 seconds then add grated cabbage and broccoli. Saute 1 minute. add salt and powder spices. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves mix and switch off the flame. Allow to cool it.meanwhile make medium size balls from the dough. Take a ball roll it on palm and make a space in the middle. Put 1 tbsp filling in the space roll it carefully to seal the edges.remove the extra upper part.

Press lightly and dust little flour on rolling board Roll the paratha.heat a tawa.place the paratha on hot tawa cook from both side by adding some oil. Serve with any chutney,ketchup or curd.

#ws2 Paratha is the most popular breakfast in every home. There are many variations in paratha so today I tried to do something new to make it healthy and attractive.

Ingredient

1 cup+1 cup

whole wheat flour

1 tsp

salt

2 tsp

oil

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl first take 1 cup wheat flour add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp carom seeds. Add 1 tsp oil and spinach puree and make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside. As the same take remaining 1 cup flour in a bowl add salt,carom seeds and oil mix well.add some water and knead another dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes

Make lemon size balls from each dough. Take one balls of green dough and one from other.place on your palm press lightly to join both and gently roll on with help of your palm as shown in pic.

Dust some flour on rolling board Roll it lightly. Heat the tawa Place the paratha on tawa.cook both side by adding some oil. Serve the paratha hot with any sabzi or ketchup.

#ws2 The tasty tomato paratha is the best option when we have confused about what to cook quickly and something different in taste especially at breakfast.

Ingredient

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

carom seeds

* Step 1

To make tomato paste take 3 medium size tomatoes and grind them in a mixer grinder. chopped the green chillies and coriander leaves. Take flour in a bowl add caram seeds, salt, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well. then add chopped green chillies and tomato paste.

Mix all ingredients well with flour and knead it without adding water. then add 1 tsp oil and knead and make a semi-soft dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls. take one ball. dust some flour on the kitchen counter or rolling board Roll it in a round shape. Heat a Tawa place the paratha on tawa cook for a minute from one side.

Flip it apply some oil and cooked from both sides very well. Enjoy it with ketchup or curd.

* Step 1

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.add salt and oil. Mix with fingers then add water and make a semi soft dough. Make medium size balls from the dough.

Now take one ball roll it like a disc. Apply little oil all over.then fold into half from one side then fold from other side to give a rectangular shape as shown in the pic.

Now fold again from the top into half and then fold from other side that give it a square shape like shown in the given below pic

Dust little flour on rolling board and roll the paratha.heat a tawa and cooked the paratha from one side then flip it. Add 1 tsp oil and fry from both side untill it looks golden.prepare all parathas and served with and sabzi or pickle.
