* Step 1

Wash the poha 3-4 time under running water then keep in a strainer for 5 minutes. After that mashed the poha with hands. Take boiled potatoes and grated them.

In a mixing bowl add mashed poha and potatoes add green chillies, ginger,all spices,salt, grated carrot and chopped capsicum, Finally add coriander leaves and mix all well.

Grease your hand with oil and Take small portion of the mixture make cutlets as your desire shape. Prepared all cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Place 4-5 cutlets in the oil and shallow fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown. Serve them hot with green chutney or Ketchup.

Take boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste and corn flour mix well and make patties from it.

Take a tawa add oil heat it and shallow fry these patties until they fry golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate.

Now take all ingredients together. Take a serving plate place 2 fried patties and break slightly with a spoon. add boiled white peas to the patties.

* Step 1

First, in a pan add 2tbsp oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds when it started to splutter add green chilies and curry leaves then add turmeric powder.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes mix and add salt, and lemon juice mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool completely.

Meanwhile, the potatoes turn cool take another pan. Add 1 tsp oil when oil gets hot add garlic cloves and roast for a few seconds, add sesame seeds roast for 30 seconds then add peanut, red chilies, and salt. Stir and roast all for a minute.

Now add coconut roast all together for a few seconds. remove from the gas and allow to cool. then grind it in a grinding jar. Keep aside

Take the potato mixture and make small round shape balls from it and keep them aside. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, salt turmeric powder, and red Chilli powder mixed well. and gradually add water. Make a semi thick batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai, dip the potato balls in the batter and fry all on medium to high flame untill they turn golden brown. keep them in absorbing paper.

To assemble the vada pav make a slit in the pav, but make sure they are attached from one side.put some garlic chutney in middle then Stuff a potato ball in each pav. Add some more chutney on top of the vada.

#SC2  there are many variations in pakora. Today I make mix vegetables pakora which is crispy, crunchy exterior with a soft interior.

1.5 cup

gram flour

as required

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take gram flour gradually add water and beat well for 4-5 minutes to make a smooth creamy texture.add onion slices and green chillies mix well. Add all chopped veggies and mix again.

Add all spices in the batter,mix well. Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop spoonful of the pakora batter into hot oil.fry them on medium to high heat.
