Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil 3 cups water in a pan,add carrots,cauliflower and radish.Cook fo 3 minutes.

* Step 2

Dreain the vegetables and spread on a dry cloth.Let be dried iether in sunlight or under a fan for 1 hour.

* Step 3

Dry roast the spices mentioned above and dry grind coarsely.

* Step 4

Take dried vegetables in a bowl,add green chillies.

* Step 5

Heat mustard oil in apan till smoking point.Turn off flame and let it be cooled.Add turmeric powder to the oil and mix.

* Step 6

When oil is cool,add to vegetables,add ground spices,nigella seeds and salt.

* Step 7

Mix well.Put in glass jars,cover the lids and put in sunlight for 3-4 days.

* Step 8

After 3-4 days mix vegetable pickle is ready to serve.

Heat a pressure cooker

Add coriander,add washed drained rice, salt,lemon juice mix well

Heat a cadai pour ghee put peeled Garlic on it fri well once it get golden colour take out

Then put cu,mustard seeds with the same cadai once it's splits then add onion,chilli pieces,curry leaves fri well

* Step 4

Then add raw banana already cutted pieces,add salt,turmeric,pepper,cumin powder mix well

* Step 5

Once nicely fried add fried garlic onion. To curry

* Step 6

Take a plate place poriyal with rice ready to serve

* Step 1

Take a bowl put soaked sabudana,mashed potato,chilli,ginger,salt,cumin seeds, coriander mix well make vadas.

* Step 2

Heat a kadhai,pour oil for deep fry mean while take dough make vada shape leave into oil fry both sides once it's get golden colour take out

* Step 3

Heat a kadhai pour milk keep boil once milk getting bubbling add phool makhana keep it to boil for 15 mins it should be soft.

* Step 4

Then add sugar,kaju,saffron strands keep boil once kheer is becomes thick transfer to a bowl

* Step 5

Heat another kadhai pour oil put cumin,mustard seeds as tempering when it's splits add chilli, asafoetida,tomato,luki pieces on to kadhai

* Step 6

Close lid as for softening luki pieces

* Step 7

Once it's soften then add Cooked tuvar dal paste pour water as per consistency then add salt,chilli powder,coriander keep boil 2mins once dal texture as formed turn of serve into a bowl.
