Ingredient

1/4 cup

ragi flour

500 ml

milk

1 tsp

butter

1/4 cup

chopped nuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 1/2 cup water to ragi flour to make a thin slurry. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Take milk in a pan, add butter and let it warm.

* Step 3

When milk is warm, add ragi flour slurry, stirring continuously.

* Step 4

Add sugar and nuts. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till desired consistency.

Let it cool at room temperature. Add vanilla essence. Mix.

Ragi Malt is ready to be served.

Ingredient

2 tbsp

corn starch

220 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix corn starch in 2-3 tbsp milk. Keep aside. Warm milk, add cornstarch slowly and stirring continuously.

* Step 2

Cook 2-3 minutes on low flame. When large bubbles start forming, then put off flame. Let the sauce cool at room temperature, meanwhile add vanilla essence.

When cool, transfer to a serving dish. Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

Let's make jelly layer. Boil 1 cup water. Add sugar and warm till melt.

Add food colour and jelly crystalls. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Put off heat and let the mixture cool on room temperature.

When cool pour the jelly mixture on white sauce layer. Keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Both the layers are set well. Garnish with pistachio powder. Serve.

#SFR Mangoes are a fantacy in this season. I love to have experiments with mangoes. I'mein sharing a simple pudding recipe with mango. Have a look👇

Ingredient

1 cup

milk

1/4 cup

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make puree of mango cubes.

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients of mango layer. Cook on low heat,stirring continuously.

* Step 3

When large bubbles appeare, stop cooking and let the mixture cool on room temperature.

* Step 4

Grease 2-3 moulds for preparing pudding. Pour the mango mixture into the moulds filling half.

* Step 5

Put in fridge for 30 minutes.

* Step 6

Meanwhile prepare vanilla layer. For this mix all the ingredients of vanilla layer. Cook in the same manner as mango layer.

* Step 7

When large bubbles arrive, stop cooking. Let the mixture cool on room temperature.

* Step 8

Pour over mango layer. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours to be set.

* Step 9

Serve chilled.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the ingredients in a mixing jar.

* Step 2

Blend to a smooth batter.Take out in a bowl.The consistencicy should be running in texture.If needed add some more milk to get the desired consistency.

* Step 3

Heat a pan,add 1-2tsp oil.Pour 2 laddles full of batter,spread into a pan cake.

* Step 4

Coo 2-3minutes on each side,medium flame.

* Step 5

Take out and roll,drizzle chocolate syrup on the roll.Enjoy.

* Step 1

In a sauce pan boil milk,simmer the flame and cook till milk is reduced to half.

In 1/4cup milk,soak the saffron strands.

Add to milk.Add sugar also,boil further for 2 minutes.Put off flame and let the milk cool down.

Take hung curd in a mixing bowl,add milk-mix.Mix well.

Pour the shrikhand in serving bowl.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.

* Step 6

Serve chilled.
