Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pcs & all the given ingredients of marination, mix it well. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Take a wok or a deep bottom pan, add oil, heat it.

Add green chili, saute it for a sec.

Add curry leaves now, saute it for a minute.

Now add onion, stir fry it till light brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, also add lil water, saute it until rawness is released.

Add marinated chicken pcs, stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Now add tomato & salt, stir fry it for a minute.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till tomato becomes mushy.

In between dry roast the gravy masala for 5 minutes. Grind it to a fine powder. Keep aside.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add powdered masala, stir fry it for a minute. Sprinkle some water to avoid the burning.

Add dahi, mix it well.

Cover it again. Lower the flame, cook it till oil has oozed out.

Increase the flame, open the lid, add 1/2 cup water, stir it.

Give a boil, lower the flame, cover it again, cook it till gravy becomes a lil thick. Check in between.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Rice..

Heat oil in karahi then put three onion fry

* Step 2

Add half kg beef bhonify it until the meat become sauted well

* Step 3

Add tomatoes green chili then put 1tsp salt,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp red chili crush,1 tsp sabut dhania,1 tsp garam masala,1 tbsp sabut garam masala bhonify let it cook until meat done

* Step 4

Then add shaljam n spinach put it on low heat

* Step 5

Add green chillies after that bhonify it... It comes out delicious best of luck 😊😉

Beef or hadion ko dho kar usme 8...10 glass pani daal kar namak, sabut dhaniya, sabut garam masala, 1 pyaaz 4 hisso me, lehsan 1 clove, sabut, garam masala, adrak ke slice daalen or pakne dein. jab gosht gal jaaye or yakhni tyyar hojaye to nikal kar yakhni ko chaan lein.

Oil me pyaaz or zeera ko fry karein or brwon hone par lehsan adrak or hari mirchen ka paste daalen ot tomatos or dahi daal kar achi tara bhune. salt bi daal de. Phr boiled gosht add kar ke bhun lein. 4-5 min baad chani hui yakhni ke 5 glass add karein or garam masala piwder bi daal dein
