* Step 1

Cut veggies & pressure cook with potatoes for 1 vessel then low the flame & cook 5 minutes.

Mash veggies & potatoes

In pan add oil. When heat add onions, garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes,Add mirchi powder, pavbhaji masala.Add mashed veggies, potatoes, salt. Mix well.

Cook 10 minutes.Garnish with coriander, butter.Enjoy with pav

.Cut simla mirchi into 2 pieces & remove seeds. Chopped flower. Add green peas potatoes, tomatoes & pressure cook all.

Mash boiled vegetabls. In pan add,oil. Add, chopped,garli-& onions. Saute it.Add mirchi powder, pavbhaji masala. Saute 4,5 minutes. Add veggies, some water, salt. Mix well & cook 5-6 minutes.

In pan add 1 t.spoon. oil. Add chopped garlic, onions. Saute it. Add Simla mirchi.

* Step 1

Pressure-cook flowers, peas tomatoes, potatoes, and Simla mirchi.

* Step 2

Mast it. In pan add oilAdd onion, garlic. Saute it. Add mirchi powder, pav bhaji masala. Saute it.

* Step 3

Add cooked veggies, and salt. Mix it,& cook for 5-10 minutes.

* Step 4

Garnish with chopped coriander, onions, and grated cheese.
