mirchi powder

sugar

1 teaspoon

dhania

jeera powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut veggies & onion, potato, tomato

* Step 2

In a pan add oil and rai. Add onion. Saute it. Add veggies, haldi, mirchi powder, salt & some water. Cook till done

Add coconut milk, sugar, sesame powder, and kitchen king masala. Boil it & garnish with coriander

In pan add oil, rai.Add val, phodshi. Add haldi, mirchi powder, salt, some water.

Boil potatoes, peel it,

Mash some potatoes to thicken gravy & keep some whole.

In pan add oil, rai.Add mashed potatoes.Saute 5.minutes.Add curd. saute 5 minutes.Add haldi, mirchi, jeera, black pepper powder.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash carefully,& boil 5 minutes then cut into 2 pieces.

* Step 2

In pan add oil, rai. Add chopped onion. Saute 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Add musjrooms haldi, mirchi, dhania, garam masala powder.

* Step 4

Mix well. Add,tomato puree, some water, salt.

* Step 5

Cook till done

oil, rai

1/4 cup

whisk curd,

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In heavy bottom pan add oil,1/2 t,spoon. rai.

* Step 2

Add ginger, garlic paste, onion, tomato. Saute 5 minutes

* Step 3

Add chopped veggies, haldi, mirchi powder, salt.Cook till done.

* Step 4

Add biryani masala, curd.Cook 5 minutes

* Step 5

In kadai add oil. Fry onion then potato then kaju.

* Step 6

In nonstick layer rice, sabji

* Step 7

Top it with fried onion, potato, Kaju.
