Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a heavy bottom kadai boil the milk and keep stirring it till it is reduced to half.

* Step 2

Take another pan boil cow milk and make Chenna. Take out in a plate and mash it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes soft and tender.

* Step 3

Chop all the nuts and soak the kesar in boiling milk and add sugar and boil it for another 7-8 minutes.

* Step 4

Make small balls of the chenna and in a another pan boil water with sugar and let it boil. Then add chenna balls in it and cover it for for another 12-14 minutes. Let it cool.

* Step 5

Press the chenna balls and put it in kesar milk Decorate with some nuts and keep it in fridge. Enjoy:)

* Step 1

Take a big bowl then mix maida,suji sugar and water

* Step 2

Now beat with big spoon until smooth batter ready,take rest 2 hours.after then mix well with spoon.

* Step 3

Heat oil in frying pan,put batter with service spoon.fry it on medium flame.

* Step 4

Remove extra oil,serve with rabdi.

ghee

mix nuts

1/2 cup

brown sugar

Ghee for brushing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour and ghee in bowl

* Step 2

Rub ghee in flour with your palms then make a dough with lukewarm water

* Step 3

For filling take ghee in pan and roast nuts

* Step 4

Take them out and add coconut and roast when it change colour turn off gas

* Step 5

Add sugar and mix in it

* Step 6

Then add cardmon powder,saffron and nuts

* Step 7

Let it cool

* Step 8

Now take dough and knead it again

* Step 9

Roll it and cut small rounds with cookie cutter

* Step 10

I use gujiya mould and prepare all gujiya in it

* Step 11

Keep round in mould and add filling in one side then cover with other part close mould and press

* Step 12

Remove extra dough

* Step 13

Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 min.

* Step 14

Grease a tray with ghee place all gujiyas on tray brush them with ghee

* Step 15

Bake them for 20 to 25 min.or till get desired golden colour at 180 degree

* Step 16

Gujiya is ready to serve

Roast suji in a pan

* Step 2

Add half ghee and cook a little

* Step 3

Then add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve

* Step 4

Add water and chopped kiwi

* Step 5

Stir regularly and cook it

* Step 6

When all water dry our halva is ready

* Step 7

Add cardmon powder and nuts powder

* Step 8

Garnish with kiwi slices and mint leaves and saffron sprigs
