Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For yeast,in a pan make water warm and add brown sugar and yeast sachet. 2.Cover it and place in a hot and humid area for 10 minutes 3. In a large pan add flour,salt,oil and bloomed yeast and knead with warm water to make a dough 4.Cover it tightly and place in a warm place for 1 hour for the dough to rise 5.Preheat the oven to 190C 6.Cut the dough in four parts 7.Mix all the vegetables and chicken chunks in a bowl

Make two circles just the size of the circular pizza pan. Grease the pan with oil and place one circle on it..In the center of the first circle place a small circular steel greased bowl upside down On the sides of the small bowl spread pizza sauce.

Now place the other circle on first. Make 6 to 7 longitudinal cut on the circle up to the small bowl,in the shape of a triangle.Fold these triangles in petal shape.Fill the center of the petals again with mozzarella cheese.The center part of the small bowl is filled with sliced black olives.

* Step 1

Take the metal cones and fold the strips on to it 9.Place it on to a pan grease with oil 10.Apply egg wash adding afew drops of orange color 11.Bake it in a preheat oven for 15 minutes.

In a large pan add oil,with chicken,tomatoes,capsicum,onions,stir it for few minutes until chicken changes color.Add 1 cup of water and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.Dry the water

AssalamoAlikum,Focaccia is an oven baked Italian bread similar to pizza but we don't use pizza sauce in bread.Just for my family l add ketchup and cheese too to make it more tasty #cpl #zafran

Ingredient

Half

kg flour

2 teaspoon

brown sugar

2 tablespoon

oil

1 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoon

sliced olives

1 tablespoon

* Step 1

For yeast,in a pan make water warm and add brown sugar and yeast sachet

* Step 2

Make a ball of one half and then shape it into the pan shape

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash all the vegetables well.

* Step 2

Now heat up a pan with oil add dry red chilli then add green chilli sauté for few seconds the add potato and green mix it.

* Step 3

Now add turmeric powder and salt and also add the spinach leaves give it a good mix.

* Step 4

At last add the sliced tomato cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes till it’s done.

* Step 5

Now open the lid mix it and cook it on high flame to remove excess water then turn off the flame.

* Step 6

Our healthy delicious Palak sbzi is ready to serve.

500 gm

chicken

yogurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First heat up a pan with oil add all the whole spices sauté it for few seconds then add sliced onion and fry it until it becomes golden.

* Step 2

Now add the chicken pieces and fry it on medium heat till colour changes.

* Step 3

Now add ginger garlic paste and mix then add all the listed spices and mix it well and fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat then add yogurt and mix it.

* Step 4

Now add sliced tomato and little bit of water and cover the lid and cook for 12-15 minutes on medium heat.

* Step 5

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it and cook on medium heat till water reduces and the oil separates on the top.

* Step 6

Now adjust the consistency by adding water and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and at last add Kasturi methi and switch off the flame.

* Step 7

Our easy and delicious chicken stew is ready. Serve with roti or naan.
