Beaking soda

1/2 tbsp

Chat masala

* Step 1

How to make Paneer Pakoda --

* Step 2

Put oil in a fry pan and heat it

* Step 3

Fry the paneer pakoras from both the sides and then take it out in a plate

* Step 4

How to make Paneer Pakora Curry ----

* Step 5

Add the whole spiced cinnamon, small cardamom, standing spices, cloves, bay leaves, and roasted till it smells.

* Step 6

Add garlic ginger paste and roast it for 10 minutes

* Step 7

Add all the spices powder Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Pepper Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt to taste, Garam Masala powder Add cumin powder and fry it for 15 minutes.

* Step 8

Add a little water to the spices and fry it well.

* Step 9

Now mix the paneer in the spices and cover and cook for 1 minute.

* Step 10

Add chopped green chilli, coriander leaf and mix it with spices.

* Step 1

Boil the water, put dry rice samiyas in hot water leave for three minutes and drain extra water.

* Step 1

Pressure cook vegitables and corn except, onion and tomato. Make tadaka -saute onion tomato, chillis, ginger garlic paste.

Once it cools grind to paste using mixer, heat oil in a pan add vegitables and corn, masala paste, termeric, salt and water.

Keep all ingredients ready. Pressure cook toor dhal. Heat the ghee in a pan, cracle musterd and cumin seeds, add chillis and chopped tomatos-Saute till they are soft.

Add cooked toor dhal, termeric, rasam powder, salt, coriander, pepper powder and water.
