* Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingridients and knead to a nice dough

Dust your work surface and roll out the dough

Smear some vegetable oil evenly and cut the dough into strips

* Step 5

Roll the strips to a pinwheel

* Step 6

Roll each pinwheel to a circular shape

* Step 7

In a heated pan, cook the dough shapes, adding oil on both sides until it gets some golden brown patches

* Step 8

Place them in an Underlined container and cover

* Step 9

* Step 1

To cook the minced meat, just put it in a pan and heat it up till all water evapourates. Add in the chopped onions and dhania, season with salt and pepper

Mix the flour, water, sugar and salt and make a smooth dough. Cut into almost equal sizes and roll them into balls

Roll the balls into small circles

Stack the rolled dough pieces, smearing some oil then sprinkling some flour

Dust your surface and roll the dough till thin.

Add in the water and let simmer. Dip in the fish pieces gently. ensure the liquid covers the fish peices. let simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with your dhania

For the ugali, Bring your water to a boil, Add flour gradually and stir to a stiff soft dough. let it heat up

* Step 1

Wash the chicken pieces and let the excess water drain

In a heated pan, add vegetable oil till it smokes. add in your chicken thighs, skin down

Leave to cook till it turns golden brown and it is crispy then flip it carefully and allow to cook for 8 - 10 minutes

Add in the finely chopped mushrooms, mixed with the dhania and let cook till the mushrooms are tende

warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ensure you have all the ingredients

Peel the pumpkin

* Step 3

Boil it till soft. Allow them to cool.

* Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, put the pumpkins and mash them to a thick smooth paste, add in the flour, 3 tbsp oil, sugar, salt and dhania and mix evenly

Add in the water and 2 tbsp of oil and mix to a stiff soft dough. lift the dough and spray some oil then return the dough. cover and allow to rest for 20 minutes

Divide the dough in to pieces and form a ball-like shape. Then roll 1 by 1 and apply oil, cut a radius and roll.

* Step 7

Then roll into a big circle and put in a pan add oil then turn the other side and let it make brown patches both sides. Do this for the rest of the dough balls. Serve with your favorite item.
