* Step 1

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel Once boiled, keep it in a low flame

Add rice and stir occasionally. Add sugar and mix well.

Add cardamom powder and roughly chopped cashew nuts,almonds and rosr water and mix well. Garnish with cherry.

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel

Heat clarified butter in a pan and add sugar to caramelize it in a slow flame

Turn off the flame,once cooled warm up and add little water and cover it.

Stir continuously and cook for five mins

* Step 1

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.

Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.

Stir in between thickening the milk.

* Step 4

Mix samak rice flour (vrat rice flour) in half cup of cold milk.

* Step 5

Add this milk in the thick milk and mix well

* Step 6

Add sugar and cardamom powder.

* Step 7

Serve chilled.

5 . Double ka meetha

4 slice

Bread -

2-3 tbsp

Sugar -

1 cup

Water -

1.5 cup

Milk -

1 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the edges of the bread.

* Step 2

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

* Step 3

Deep fry the bread slice until golden brown and strain it.

* Step 4

For sugar syrup

* Step 5

Heat sugar and water in a pan.

* Step 6

Keep in medium flame for 8 - 10 mins.

* Step 7

Add saffron strands and cardamom powder.

* Step 8

When it gets thick and two strain consistency means syrup is ready

* Step 9

Soak the fried bread slice in the sugar syrup and place in a plate.

* Step 10

For rabri Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.

* Step 11

When it boils keep in a low flame.

* Step 12

Add mawa/whole dried milk,saffron and sugar and mix well.

* Step 13

When it gets semi thick we take it one cup.

* Step 14

And when it gets thick we switch off the gas

* Step 15

Pour the hot rabri over the bread and semi thick hot rabri pour in the side of the bread.

* Step 16

Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.

* Step 17

Serve after an hour.
