* Step 1

Take a large bowl combine bajra flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and 4 tbsp clarified butter and mix well

The texture should be crumbly. Make a stiff dough with the help of warm water. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.

Divide the dough into equal size balls. Then with palm gently press each roll in mathri shape and make cut marks with the help of knife.

Heat enough clarified butter in a pan Deep fry on low flame till golden and crispy. Serve hot with tea.

* Step 1

Sieve the besan take a bowl add besan,water and one tsp clarified butter. Make a thick batter now add a pinch of saffron food color and baking soda.

Heat  enough clarified butter in a wok and pour 1 tbsp gram flour / besan batter over a large round boondi jhara.

So that boondi drops into the clarified butter So in this way deep fry all the boondis in medium flame.

For the sugar syrup Heat sugar and water in a pan keep it medium flame for 8 to 10 mins.

Wash and boil the whole moong dal in a pressure cooker with one cup of water after one whistle turn off the flame.once cooled to add the boiled whole moong dal in the blender with cloves,cinnamon, whole black pepper,ginger stick and green chilli and grind coarsely.

* Step 2

Take a bowl add boiled whole moong dal,boiled and mashed potatoes,oats,ginger and whole garam masala,amchur powder and onion and mix well

* Step 3

Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

* Step 4

Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness

* Step 5

Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the kabab in a medium flame.
