I gained the information through the use of my Internet service. I have Broadband in the home for which I live in - I pay for Broadband. I made double the ingredients as to what is said on the Internet. My Recipe mentions double. Can make 24, but I made slightly big ones.

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5. Scrunch up Baking Parchment Paper and then place over the top of a Baking Tray

* Step 2

Add 200g block Butter too your Kenwood etc. and then add the 100g Caster Sugar and then add the 2 small pinches of Salt and then connect all the Kenwood Attachments (Cake Blender Attachment) and then start off on a slow speed and then on full speed too cream together the butter and sugar.

* Step 3

Add the 250g Self-raising Flour and the 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (I used Cadburys Drinking Chocolate Powder) plus the 2 tablespoon measuring of milk and then mix on the slowest speed and then on to full speed.

* Step 4

Use tablespoon - measuring spoon too scoop identical sized balls and then place 8 on the scrunched up Baking Parchment Paper on the Baking Tray and then wet a Dinner Fork with cold water and then print Fork marks on each of the raw biscuits. Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes (might be done in 15 minutes). Allow the cooked biscuits to cool down on a cake cooling rack.

The average sized Pork Chops sold in Shops , the Butchers can provide chunky Pork Chops . For the Shop bought Pork Chops I read the instructions on the inside Packaging . The Apple Sauce is Shop bought - Apple Sauce goes well with Pork Chops . The Pork Fat is crisp and edible - some bits of rind fat can be overly chewing - just take out of your mouth and leave on the side of your Dinner Plate

* Step 1

Boil enough cold tap water in a medium sized saucepan and then add large chopped peeled potatoes - is good too slowly boil them on the lowest hob heat for as long as 35 - 40 minutes

* Step 2

Place cold tap water in a large mixing bowl and then make cuts with a small sharp Kitchen knife into the Pork Fat and half of the flesh on One side too prevent the Pork Chops from curling up in the heat of the Frying Pan and then water wash the Pork Chops

* Step 3

Dry on some sheets of Kitchen Roll. Add seasonings to the tops of the raw Pork Chops and then place the seasoned sides down into the warmed Sunflower Oil within the large non-stick Frying Pan and then season the other sides of the Pork Chops. Give 2 minutes on the One sides on the highest hob heat and then give a One minute on the other sides and then shallow fry on a continual medium hob heat for 10 minutes each side and then rest the Pork Chops for no longer than 10 minutes

Whilst Pork Chops are cooked and resting - use the Saucepan Lid too drain away the hot potato water and then add a splash of milk too the Saucepan with the cooked potatoes in and then bring too the boil and add 50g Unsalted Butter - mash with the back of a Dessert Spoon etc. and then when the mash is thick and smooth transfer too a Dinner Plate and then add the cooked Pork Chops and Apple Sauce

Just invented it . Did learn recently on Celebrity Master Chef UK that a Bread Pudding can be made by combining bread and Custard . The Celebrity made a Dessert Bread Pudding , but mine is a savoury Bread Pudding with the unusual form of bread known as a Doughnut

Ingredient

* Step 1

Add 2 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil too a oven proof non-stick Frying Pan such as the largest Ninja Frying Pan, or use a Skillet. Cook the Sausages on the lowest hob heat for 20 minutes and then chop into small pieces on a Dinner Plate etc.

* Step 2

Add the broken up pieces of plain Doughnuts or Sugar coated Doughnuts too the oven proof - large - non-stick Frying Pan

* Step 3

Crack the 4 hen eggs into a Mixing Bowl (I cracked mine into a 500ml large mug) and then beat the eggs together with a Dinner Fork and then add 250ml of milk - stir - and then pour over your Doughnut pieces in that non-stick Frying Pan and then use as much as a half of the rest of the 500ml of milk and then add the slices of cooked Sausages and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes

* Step 4

Add the rest of the 250ml of milk and then place back in the oven and cook for a further 30 minutes at Gas Mark 6. Eat a quarter or two hot and is also nice too eat it cold

Is all homemade apart from the Trifle Sponges

* Step 1

For the Custard divide the egg White from the egg yolk and then when all 4 egg yolks are in a medium Saucepan - then mix together with a Wooden Spoon and then add the 100g of White Sugar - mix - and then add the Cornflour - mix - and then pour 600ml of cold Pasteurized Cow Milk over the top within that Saucepan and then keep stirring with the Wooden Spoon on the lowest hob heat - keep stirring until thick

* Step 2

Place 600g Strawberries in a Saucepan and keep 200g aside. Add 100g of White Sugar too the 600g Strawberries and then add as much as 1Lt. / 1000ml of cold water and then bring too the boil and then simmer - stir with a Wooden Spoon etc. Place 4 Gelatine Leaf in cold water within a large mixing bowl and let stand for 5 minutes and then add too the hot Strawberry Soup - stir - and then turn the hob heat off

* Step 3

Use the large whisk Attachment of your Kenwood Food Mixer etc. and then automatically whisk on full speed until very thick, but not too thick so that it becomes like butter - no need too remove the thick Cream from the Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl - just add your cold cooked Custard over the top and then add your Shop bought Trifle Sponges or fruit Syrup infused Trifle Sponges and then add your thickened Strawberry Soup over the top - or jelly. Add the other Strawberries too garnish

5 . Vanilla Milkshake

Gained knowledge of how too make it through the junior version of the Great Cookery Bake off Show - a Channel 4 TV Show in 2023 . Ice-cream without the use of egg yolks was used and so instead of plain Ice-cream I used liquid Double Cream

* Step 1

Place 600ml of milk in a Saucepan as large as a medium sized saucepan and then be patient too gently make the milk hot by gently simmering on the lowest hob heat too prevent the Saucepan from burning on the inside edges

* Step 2

Divide the egg yolks from the egg white's - catch egg yolks between your Fingers and allow the egg white's too flow into a small Dessert Bowl etc. and then place the egg yolks into a large mixing bowl and then add the White Sugar, Vanilla Extract and then the One teaspoon of Cornflour. Mix together with a Wooden Spoon

* Step 3

Add the hot milk too that large mixing bowl and keep stirring with the Wooden Spoon. Add the partially cooked Custard back into the Saucepan and keep stirring with the Wooden Spoon on the lowest hob heat. Use the back of the Wooden Spoon too see if you can draw a line with your Finger - if you can, then your Custard is thick enough. Allow too cool and completely go cold

* Step 4

Mix in 200ml or 300ml of Liquid Double Cream - stir, shake with a Lid on a Plastic Container etc. or blend in a Blitzer and then serve in a 600ml beaker or 500ml mug
