So many different ways too make a Salad . Could use Tomatoes instead of Beetroot

* Step 1

Boil the raw New Potatoes for 30 minutes and boil at the same time the eggs in a separate saucepan from cold water at the start and boil on the highest hob heat for 15 minutes. Drain the hot water away and allow eggs in their shells to cool down and allow the cooked potatoes to cool down

* Step 2

Cut the One Lemon in half and then squeeze the lemon juice into a large metal Mixing Bowl - take the Lemon Pip's out and then add 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then add some grinds of Sea Salt

* Step 3

Cold water wash the Lettuce leaves from off of the One whole Lettuce and then dip each of the Lettuce leaves in the homemade Dressing

* Step 4

Peel the shell's off of the cooked hen eggs and cold water wash under the cold water tap and then add the cooked peeled eggs too the Lettuce leaves, 4 quarter the cooked plain Beetroot and add, then slice the Cucumber in half and cut the half into disc's - add. Add the cold cooked New Potatoes

* Step 5

Add One tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top within the large metal Mixing Bowl and then give 4 grinds of Sea Salt over the top and then enjoy eating it all. Once eaten can use a dry piece of bread too mop up the remainder of the homemade Lemon Dressing - a nice piece of bread too eat. Does not matter if the Beetroot juice ends up in the homemade Dressing

Is leftovers from the end of the homemade Bloomer Loaf Bread , so mop up the rest of the beaten eggs with slices of that bit of the bread . For a meal in the evening or for the next day in the morning

Ingredient

4 rashers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan on the highest hob heat for 90 seconds each side, occasionally holding the streaky bacon down with a Dinner Fork. Once cooked allow the bacon to cool on a small bread plate

* Step 2

Place Vegetable Oil in the Frying Pan and gently heat it through on the hob stove. Crack the hen eggs into a large mixing bowl and then hand whisk with a balloon whisk

* Step 3

Slice 4 chunky pieces of homemade Bloomer Bread off of the middle of your Bloomer Loaf Bread. Place all 4 on top of each other and then use your large Bread Knife too cut right down the middle. Spread homemade Dijon Mustard Mayonnaise on the One sides and on the other sides dip into the beaten eggs. Place raw eggy sides down into the Vegetable Oil in the Frying Pan and then place the cooked bacon inside and then place the other bread slices over the top

* Step 4

Shallow fry on the lowest hob heat for 15 minutes each side and serve with what's left of your small jar of homemade Dijon Mustard Mayonnaise, or add Dijon Mustard too some Shop bought Mayonnaise for a flavoursome Bacon sandwich

I do have recent experience of making Potato cakes and so I have improved my cooking of them . I made 3 big Bubble and Squeak cakes for my own Dinner , but their is another leftover mix too make another 3 big Bubble and Squeak cakes

Ingredient

* Step 1

With boiled peeled potatoes mashed in a large metal Mixing Bowl (is no butter or milk in the potato mash) and Tefal shredded Cabbage boiled on the highest hob heat for 10 to 15 minutes - 15 minutes to allow for the cold water to boil. Add salt to the cooked mashed potato and cooked Cabbage within the large mixing bowl and keep a large Frying Pan Lid over the top. Allow too cool until ready to use - for as long as 2 days

* Step 2

Too make 3 Bubble and Squeak cakes for oneself - crack 2 or 3 hen eggs into a Dessert Bowl and then beat with a Dinner Fork etc. Add Plain Flour onto a large Dinner Plate and Tefal bladed Breadcrumbs onto a separate Dinner Plate. Grab raw Bubble and Squeak mix into the palm of your hand and then dust in the Plain Flour and then into the beaten hen eggs and then finally into the Breadcrumbs - do all 3 and then shallow fry for 15 minutes each side

* Step 3

Keep shallow frying on the very lowest hob heat, but just before turning - turn the hob heat up too the highest setting for 30 seconds and then turn the hob down too the lowest setting and then turn over the savoury mashed potatoes and then add another 4 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil - gently shallow fry and then after about a further 15 minutes. Turn the hob heat up too the highest setting and then slowly count 30 seconds and then turn the hob off

* Step 4

Transfer too a Dinner Plate with a flat Wooden Spoon - served with hot cooked sausages maybe and then enjoy eating the dinner

4 . Victoria Sandwich

Two chunky thin round Sponge Cakes with a sweet Buttercream filling and separate Jam on the other One round flat Sponge Cake . I used my free standing Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer . Can be made the old fashioned way by softening a block of butter pieces and then adding the Caster Sugar and then vigorously use a Wooden Spoon within a large mixing bowl too turn and then add beaten hen eggs and then sift Self-raising Flour and Baking Powder into the mix and then hand turn with your Wooden Spoon

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 or 5. Place 200g of diced butter into your Kenwood Attachment Food Mixer Bowl and then add the 200g Caster Sugar and then crack 4 medium to large hen eggs into that bowl and then add the 200g Self-raising Flour and the One teaspoon of Baking Powder - add the 2 tablespoons of Pasteurized Cow Milk and then eventually blend on full speed

* Step 2

Cut or tear Baking Parchment Paper too size and then scrunch it up with the palm of your Hands and then place it into the shallow Baking Tin and then place half of the homemade Cake Batter (about 2 heaped medium Ladles) into the lined shallow Baking Tin and bake at Gas Mark 5 for at least 20 minutes and then put a thin skewer or thin sharp Kitchen knife into the Sponge Cake to see if it is done - if not give a further 10 minutes in the oven

* Step 3

Once both are done and cooled down. Place diced Unsalted Butter into your Kenwood Attachment Mixing Bowl and then use your Kenwood Cake Blender Attachment too blend the butter into a very thick Cream mixture and then add the 140g of Icing Sugar too the blended 100g of butter and then keep turning on the minimum speed - use Plastic Spatula too bring creamed butter too the middle and then add a little drop of Vanilla Extract if you are using and then briefly blend on full speed

* Step 4

Add homemade Buttercream too One of your round shallow Cake Sponges and then add the 150g of Shop bought Jam too your other One round Sponge Cake and then place it over the top of the other One and place into a Air Tight Container - sprinkle Icing Sugar over the top of the whole Cake and then place the Container Lid over the top - eat within 2 days

Did learn about Madeleine Sponge Cakes through watching U.K. TV Cookery Shows . Is the first time I have ever made Madeleines , I purchased the Madeleine Baking Tray through Amazon Prime for which I am a Paying Member it is a deep round Madeleine Baking Tray - are other ones that are Oval in shape and might be deep , or might be less deep and so can bake at Gas Mark 7 for as little a time as 8 minutes

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7 or 6. Place all ingredients into the Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl and then turn on the minimum speed and then on the maximum speed. Keep automatically turning for quite a long time until knob's of butter have melted within the holes of the Madeleine Baking Tray in the oven and then allow too cool and then sprinkle the White Flour over the melted butter and then add One heap Dessert Spoon of Cake Batter too each hole

Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 7 for 15 minutes. Allow too cool within the Madeleine Baking Tray for a little while and then gently transfer the cooked Madeleines onto a cooling cake rack - allow too cool a little and then serve warm. Enjoy with a mug of hot tea that has no sugar in it, or have hot sugared Coffee with some of them. Alternatively store in Air Tight Containers and maybe serve some of them with Custard
