Two main ingredients that makes this dish, most delicious which are spinach and eggs and flavour with fried potatoes 🥔 and spices.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash spinach well and pat dry them on kitchen towel, chopped spinach 🥬, keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add potatoes rounds 🥔, cook on low- medium flame. Cook until potatoes are tender, remove from the flame, strain, keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil, add remaining 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅, cook until onions are soft, add ginger -garlic paste 🧄, green chillies paste and mix well.

* Step 4

Add Tomato 🍅, salt 🧂, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, corriander & cumin powder, chopped corriander leaves and mix well, cook for 2 mins on low - medium flame, add plain yoghurt mix.

* Step 5

Add chopped spinach 🥬 mix, stir, cover and cook on low- medium flame.(Kindly it's recommend don't to increase your flame, because spinach 🥬 can easy burn).

* Step 6

When spinach 🥬 turn soft add fried potatoes 🥔 rounds, add 1/4 cup water and mix, break one egg and pour on the spinach 🥬 mixture, sprinkle a pinch of salt, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, roasted cumin powder on the eggs, complete all the eggs the same way, cover and cook on low - medium flame, until eggs are cooked.

* Step 7

Serve hot with bread slices toasted, garnish with chopped corriander leaves, chopped green chillies.

In this kofta curry I have used dry fruits and coconut milk, this curry is delicious can serve with rice, parathas.

Ingredient

gram flour

1/8 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add grated cauliflower, ginger- garlic paste🧄, salt, black pepper powder, chopped corriander leaves, boiled and mashed potatoes 🥔, gram flour, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, green chillies paste, corriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp cumin seeds, cashewnuts finely chopped and mix well, make round balls, or any shape of your choice. Deep fry them until golden brown, remove and keep aside.

* Step 2

For gravy: heat oil add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaf stir, add chopped onions 🧅, cook until golden, add ginger- garlic paste, green chillies paste🧄 cook for 1 min,

* Step 3

Add Tomato 🍅 chopped, salt mix well, when little oil comes out, add Tomato 🍅 ready made paste and mix, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, turmeric powder, corriander & cumin powder mix well, add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp corriander leaves finely chopped mix well, add coconut milk/ water mix well.

* Step 4

Add finally garam masala powder, mix well, let it boil for 5 mins, when gravy becomes thick, add fried koftas in, don't use 🥄 spoon, just shake the pan, cook for 1 min.

* Step 5

Serve hot, garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

Quick and easy to cook, can serve in breakfast, lunch, dinner or as side dish, sometimes we get bore eating spicy dishes, this recipe gives a good change in taste, simple and delicious.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Cut potatoes into small cubes and red cabbage.

* Step 2

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add potatoes cubes, stir.

* Step 3

Cook for 2 mins in the oil, add salt, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, corriander & cumin powder mix, cook until potatoes are tender, add red cabbage mix.

* Step 4

Don't over the cabbage, just cook for 4 mins, remove and serve as side dish, simple bread slices toast, spread butter on bread slices and cook until golden brown and enjoy with this sabji.

* Step 5

Tip: leave little crunchiness in the cabbage.

* Step 6

Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

This radish salad is packed with flavour, made with crunchy radishes, cucumber and red onion and tossed with a simple dressing 🥗, this salad is perfect for summer and spring.

* Step 1

Cut thin rings from red radish, (don't peel them),

* Step 2

Cut rings from onions 🧅, and cucumber, chop green chillies, in a large bowl add red radish, onion rings, 🥒 cucumber, green chillies mix gently, keep aside.

* Step 3

In bowl mix olive oil/, 🍎apple cider vinegar, 🍋lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, black pepper powder mix, apple cider vinegar dressing is ready.

* Step 4

Tip: if using white vinegar dressing, add 🌻 sunflower oil, kashmiri red chillies powder, corriander & cumin powder, sugar, 1 tbsp 🍋lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, black pepper powder and mix, white vinegar dressing is ready.

* Step 5

Pour dressing on the radish mixture and mix, add chopped parsley serve.

* Step 6

Tip: use neither of the one dressing.

* Step 7

Serve with grilled chicken.

* Step 1

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when starts to crackle, add 🥔potatoes cubes, cook until half done.

Add pigeon peas, 🥕carrots, salt, black pepper powder, 🌶️kashmiri red chillies powder, corriander & cumin powder and mix.final add chopped corriander leaves mix, check 🥔potatoes and pigeon peas are tender, remove from flame, let it cool down.

* Step 3

Take samosa sheets and fold them to make a cone shape, fill in the stuffing and deep fry them until golden brown.

* Step 4

Serve with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
