I'm not that crazy about the gravy that much but my house hold will persist that I cook for them. Whenever I cook the gravy atleast it must last 2 days cause I don't really like cooking it, and once you eat mine you will always want gravy again and again 😋😋😋😋

Ingredient

1 TBS

sugar

2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour oil in a pot and fry your onion

Then as it's frying and turning brownish the add your beef stock on it

Then stir and add all the spices on the onion mixture

Mix together all the spices and let them cook just for a minute or so

While that is cooking prepare your tomato dish by adding tomato sauce on top of the grated tomato and a 1 TBS of sugar to kill the sourness of the tomatoes

Mix together the tomato to pour on the onion that is being fried

While it's cooking then take that tomato dish and pour your soups to make a soup thickens

Mix with cold water then check your gravy and see the it's cooked now just misses the soups

Now it's ready to be poured on the tomato mixture

Then poured and stir and lower the stove heat to thickens slowly

Cover the pot and let it cook and then once it's cooked the gravy will thickens

You can serve it with any things but mine was served with pap, gravy and braai meat

When your recovery and have grandkids for weekend you just have to cook simple, easy food for the young once yet tasty and delicious 😋😋

Ingredient

1 Handful

spinach

2 TBS

olive oil

1 TSP

bbq spice

1 cube

beef stock

2 cloves

grated garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook penne pasta according to the pack.

Pour olive oil and add onion and garlic

Add stock and followed by mince meat
Image step 3

* Step 4

Then add spices to cook

Cook and stir the pot until its cooked perfectly and then followed by tomato sauce and grated tomato

Cook until its soft and tender and add the soups on top of the mince that is cooked.

After that lower the heat to simmer the mince gravy

Take your Pyrex dish and place your pasta penne and followed by raw spinach then pour mince and add pasta again and sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with oregano and bake for 5-10 minutes the oven is preheat at 180 degrees Celsius

Then it is baked and ready to be served and the grandkids are now clapping and happy

410 ml (1 Tin)

baked beans

BBQ spice

125 ml

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Carrots that are chopped are boiled for 20 minutes

* Step 2

Pour your in a pot oil and once it's warm then add the onion, chillies, and garlic and ginger paste.

* Step 3

Stir the pot and add the spices all of them

* Step 4

Then drain the carrots and add it to the mixture of onion.

* Step 5

Stir again then open the baked beans tin pour it in then the chakalaka is done and it can be served cold cause it's a salad.

# winter warmers contest. It's a traditional food mostly liked to be eaten during winter time cause it's warms you.

Ingredient

1 tsp

BBQ spice

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The clean tripe meat cut it into pieces the start to cook it. Using my slow cooker the meat will be soft and tender after about 1h 35 mins.

* Step 2

Chop onion, pepper and dice carrots

* Step 3

Then boil carrots for 10 minutes

* Step 4

Check the meat and stir it then, pour onion and pepper cause now the meat is well cooked just need to be made tastier.

* Step 5

Crumble the chicken stock to the meat then stir again and season it with garlic, ginger and spices.

* Step 6

Then add the carrots and let it cook just for less than 5 minutes.

* Step 7

Prepare the powdered soups in a small cup then pour it over meat lower the heat let the tripe meat simmer and thickens slowly.

* Step 8

My tripe meat will be served with samp and garnished with spring onion.

When you are in the hurry this meal is for you. Took me 1h45 and the dinner is served.

Ingredient

1/2 cube

beef stock

1/3 cup

tomato sauce

1 tsp

BBQ spice

1 tsp

paprika

1 tbs

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop your onion and pour them in the olive oil pot and start to fry with garlic and ginger.

* Step 2

Crumble the beef stock, and add the spices also add the mince meat to cook.

* Step 3

Microwave the frozen veggies for 4 minutes

* Step 4

After the mince is cooked then add the tomato sauce

* Step 5

Also add the cooked veggies.

* Step 6

Prepare the soups in a cup mixing brown onion and Minestrone. Then pour the soup that will make the mince stew to thicken.

* Step 7

My dinner is served with greens, butternut, carrots and delicious mince meat stew.
