When you are in the hurry this meal is for you. Took me 1h45 and the dinner is served.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop your onion and pour them in the olive oil pot and start to fry with garlic and ginger.

* Step 2

Crumble the beef stock, and add the spices also add the mince meat to cook.

* Step 3

Microwave the frozen veggies for 4 minutes

* Step 4

After the mince is cooked then add the tomato sauce

* Step 5

Also add the cooked veggies.

* Step 6

Prepare the soups in a cup mixing brown onion and Minestrone. Then pour the soup that will make the mince stew to thicken.

* Step 7

My dinner is served with greens, butternut, carrots and delicious mince meat stew.
