Ingredient

1 tablespoon

vanilla extract

sugar-free sweetener

1 tablespoon

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

kosher salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a small loaf pan (8.5 X 4.5 inches) with parchment paper strips, leaving an overhang on each side of the pan. Lightly spray the lined pan with oil.

* Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, and sweetener.

* Step 3

Gradually whisk in the almond flour, cinnamon, kosher salt, and baking soda. Whisk until smooth.

* Step 4

Using a rubber spatula, transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Gently tap the pan on the countertop to distribute the batter evenly.

* Step 5

Bake the bread until browned and set, and a toothpick inserted in its center comes out dry, 30-40 minutes (40-50 minutes if using three bananas and honey).

* Step 6

Using the excess parchment paper as handles, carefully remove the bread from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack. Carefully remove the parchment to allow air to circulate.

* Step 7

Cool the bread completely on the cooling rack for about 2 hours. Slice it into 12 slices and serve.

Cook at oven for 20 minute at 3:50f let it cool then it will slice open and use it as a bun for your hamburgers or for sandwiches enjoy👌

* Step 1

Melt the grated mozzarella in a microwave oven.

* Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients to the melted mozzarella, except the oil and kalonji seeds. Mix it well with hands to get a dough

* Step 3

Put parchment paper into a baking pan and oil the parchment paper a little. Make the dough flat like a pizza dough in your pan. Sprinkle the kalonji seeds on top

* Step 4

Pre heated oven,180 degrees, 15 mins or a bit more, keep checking the dough.

* Step 5

I needed to add more then 3tbsp of the paleo flour while mixing the ingredients,depends on the flour u use.

* Step 1

First cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces and fry it in oil with a little salt until its not raw anymore

* Step 2

Add the chicken, the zucchini,the paleo flour and almond flour, hot water,spinach, baking powder and salt into a food processor and create a soft dough

* Step 3

Form 4 balls from the dough, make it slightly flat with hands and fry on both sides in hot oil for a few minutes. enjoy

I found this recipe on Pakladies Vlog on YT, but I changed it a lil bit

Ingredient

1 tbsp

salt

1 tbsp

oregano

3 tsp

basil

5 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the cauliflower, remove the green leaves and put it in a big pot to the stove in salted water. Dont cut the cauliflower into pieces. Cook it for around 35 mins, or until a fork goes in easily

* Step 2

Remove the cauliflower from the water and let it cool completely. Put salt and olive oil on it and bake it in the oven till the outside layer looks golden. Let it cool a bit and slice it into thich slices, lay the slices into a big oiled pan.

* Step 3

Mix the eggs with the tuna and its oil, add oregano, salt, baking powder. Pour this mixture on top of the cauliflower in the pan and fry it until the mixture becomes firm,then carefully flip it with the help of a plate.

* Step 4

Mix the tomato purèe with a little salt and basil. Smooth it on top of the flipped egg and cauliflower pizza. Add the grated cheese on top and cover the pan and fry covered until the cheese melts. Enjoy
