Ingredient

1/4 cup

mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel (or not) potatoes, rinse off, add to boiler, cover with water. Cook until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

* Step 2

Peel hard boiled eggs, dice’m up.

* Step 3

Once potatoes are tender, drain water and discard. Add to serving bowl. Stir in boiled eggs, mustard, and relish. Enjoy!

Chop up romaine lettuce 🥬

* Step 2

Mix in a bowl with caesar dressing and hand full of Parmesan cheese.

Grill Salmon and some anchovies.

* Step 1

Start by boiling your eggs. Separate the white from the yolk and crumble or mince it. Combine the egg in a large bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients minus the bread to the bowl and mix thoroughly then set a side. Combine 2 Tbsp flour to your 2 Tbsp water.

Remove the crust from the bread. Flatten the bread using a rolling pin. Put some of the paste mixture on the sides.

Add one tablespoon of the egg mixture to the bread. Roll it make sure it is tight but be careful not to rip the bread. Seal the sides by pressing down on it gently.

Heat up your oil in a large pan. Dip the bread roll in egg then in your breadcrumbs. When the oil is hot, start frying in batches. Do not over crowd. Drain excess oil by placing the cooked roll in a plate with paper towel.

Transfer to a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.

When the pasta is done, drain and add the pasta to the tomatoes. Pour the dressing over the top and mix well. Chill in the fridge, covered, for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Two Salad dressings made from fresh young cucumber, one creamy with fresh mayonnaise, one tangy with fresh greek yoghurt. These are quick and refreshing in summer. And easy to make.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Make the mayo: pulse egg in foodprocessor, drizzle olive oil over, add other ingredients. Then with food processor running, drizzle grapeseed oil over till thick.

Split and salt young cucumber to extract the bitterness, rinse, cube, puree in food processor, add spices. Puree white mild onion. Mix the two to make the cucumber base.

Mix half the cucumber base with mayo. Label creamy cucumber, put in fridge.

Mix other half of cucumber base with greek yoghurt. Label tangy cucumber, put in fridge.
