Buffalo Cauliflower
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, milk and whisk well. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well
* Step 2
Preheat the oven at 450. Place the cauliflower in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 mins.
* Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk hot sauce, honey, oil
* Step 4
After 20 min, remove them from oven and coat them with hot sauce
* Step 5
Place the tray back in oven for 20 mins at 450 degrees.
* Step 6
Once done, for more crispness, broil for 3-5mins in the end.
