My Slow Cooker Rib Tips

You can't go wrong with these crockpot rib tips. These barbecue rib tips are slow cooked in the crockpot all night and are great for an easy dinner night.

Ingredient

5-6 hours
2 tbsp

brown sugar

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tbsp

smoked paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Rub each rib with dry rub mixture until thoroughly coated. Let rest for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Mix BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke until well combined.

* Step 3

Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce mixture evenly over ribs. Cook on Low until ribs are tender, 5 to 6 hours. I actually leave mone to cook over night. But if you want this for dinner that night, it's best to start it in the morning.

* Step 4

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

* Step 5

Remove ribs from the slow cooker and baste with remaining BBQ sauce.

* Step 6

Broil ribs in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
