I had some eggs that were close to their expiration date, so I made egg sandwiches 🥪

Ingredient

Sandwich bread

Mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring water to boil in a pot, then gently put the eggs with a ladle. Gently stir the water with chopsticks for 3 minutes so that the yolk will come in the middle. * Eggs need to be taken out from the refrigerator just before putting in the pot. * Pour the water until it covers the eggs.

Stop the heat after 3 minutes and soon cover the pot with a lid. Keep it for 10 mins, open the lid and peel the eggs. Boiled eggs are ready now.
