Pasta with anchovies, romanesco and tomatoes

I bought this romanesco from Reg The Veg, a vegetable shop in Clifton, Bristol UK. Although it tastes similar to cauliflower, it has a very unique beautiful appearance!

Wash the romanesco and cut into small bunches. Boil plenty of water in a pot and cook until they become soft.

* Step 3

Cook the pasta in a big pot, adding 1% of salt.

* Step 4

Finely chop the garlic and prepare small amount of chili. Heat some olive oil in a pan, cook the garlic, chili and anchovies. Add boiled romanesco and tomatoes.

Add cooked pasta at the end and adjust to your taste with salt and pepper.
