Korean pan fried codfish - Saeng Sun Jun/생선전
It doesn't look fancy but it's really delicious and goes well with white rice!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the cod on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt.
* Step 2
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Coat the cod with the flour and dip into the egg.
* Step 4
Put sesame oil in a frying pan and grill the cod over medium heat. When both sides are cooked, it is ready to eat!
