Japanese Egg Porridge

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare 85g of rice. Pour 600cc of water and the rice in the pot. Add chicken soup stock and mix well.
* Step 2
Once it boils, place a lid and change to low heat. Heat for 20 minutes. If it is about to boil over, remove the lid for a while and put it back again.
* Step 3
After 20 minutes, change the heart to medium to strong heat and pour beaten egg. Wait for 20 seconds and stop the heat. You can decorate some leaks and Japanese sour plum if you like!
