Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut long carrots into big chuncks
* Step 2
Chicken... de freeze early, few hours early (just one... 2 for double, double all)
* Step 3
Add to pot some olive oil, 4 frozen sofrito cubes, hit saute, leave open
* Step 4
When cubes melted, add one tablespoon large of tomato sauce, mix
* Step 5
Turn off
* Step 6
Add one bay leaf, half teaspoon of oregano
* Step 7
Add pinch of salt
* Step 8
Add half cup of water, the carrots, the chicken, mix all well
* Step 9
CLose lid, turn on for poultry, make sure on sealing.
* Step 10
Vip... so ideally leave until little iron button completely down. If not, turn switch on top to release pressure and only open when it comes down
