Papa's oatmeal Cookies
Whats better than a Thursday night treat for our papa with a cup of hot chai and a Documentary. This recipe took exactly 20 min and about 5-10 prep. Its tasty, fluffy, moist, and a TOTAL YUM🤤. You can add walnuts, chocolate chips, or have them plain. They still hit every craving spot.

* Step 1
First, Preheat your oven to 370. Start with your wet ingredients first. In a bowl mix the butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Whisk until your shoulders hurt or use a hand mixer if you have one.
* Step 2
Second, start with your dry ingredients and thats your flour, oats, baking soda, and chocolates. Mix until everything is combined well. Lastly, fold in your chocolate chips until combined.
* Step 3
Third, scoop into even balls on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. I used my hands 🙌🏼 because I felt like a baddie but a scoop is also fine. Bake for 15 min or until top is golden. Wait for it to cool down and Enjoy 😋
