Bean Sprout Soup (Instant Pot)

Classic Canadian Chinese Restaurant Soup

Ingredient

4 stalks

celery

1 package

bean sprouts

1/2 cup

olive oil

1/2 teaspoon

pepper

1 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoon

celery salt

2 Tablespoons

Dried Parsley Flakes

2 cloves

garlic, minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop and mince garlic cloves

* Step 2

Cut white onion into medium sized pieces

* Step 3

Set instant pot to saute (medium setting), wait until instant pot display indicates "hot"

* Step 4

Add olive oil, garlic, and onion to pot and cook until tender (6 minutes)

* Step 5

Chop celery and add to pot, add spices. Cook for additional 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Make 6 cups won ton soup base to desired flavour.

* Step 7

Add bean sprouts, soup base and stir.

* Step 8

Set instant pot to "soup" setting for 12 minutes. Vent after completion and serve.
