Barbeque Soup

If you don't have chicken stock you can use chicken stock cubes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil & shred chicken. Roast corns & keep Make cornflour slurry & keep aside.

Heat butter & add minced garlic & saute. Add chicken & corns & cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Add chicken stock, bbq sauce, salt, pepper, soy sauce & vinegar. Let it boil. Add cornflour slurry & coriander leaves & cook for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Before serving sprinkle grated cheese & serve.
