Banana Pancakes

Ingredient

cinnamon

nutmeg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Batter: Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, egg, milk, vegetable oil, other ingredients and bananas (to not be surprised if consitency will be lumpy)

* Step 2

Heat a medium oil pan. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. OPTIONAL: I used butter an olive oil almost every time in between making pancakes for more flavor, crispier edges and non-stick. sometimes I also use olive oil on the sides to crispy the edges.
