Risotto and Tilapia

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and dry tilapia in paper towel. Season dry tilapia with paprika, thyme, S&P, oregano. Before placing it into medium-high with olive oil pan place butter on each of the tilapias cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove lid and cook until liking.

* Step 2

Heat butter into the pan. Saute mushrooms, onions until soft. Add 1/2 cup of white wine. Reduce until evaporates. Add 1 1/2 cup of risotto. Mix until liquid becomes clear. Start adding hot stock or water 1 cup at a time and continuously mix until absorbed and becomes creamy. Add grated cheese at the very end.

* Step 3

Sautéd in medium pan with olive oil kale (broken into 1 1/2 inches in length) and cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
