Mini Anjeer Paratha
#flour Festive Recipe This is a really delicious paratha made of figs, khoya and sugar! The figs and khoya complement each other beautifully in flavour. Every bite of this paratha will be truly memorable.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat the ghee in a kadhai then add the mashed anjeer and cook for 2 minutes, then add khoya, sugar and nutmeg.
* Step 3
Mix well and cook till it becomes thick and keep aside. Divide into 6 equal portions.
* Step 4
Combine the flour with enough water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
* Step 5
Divide into 6 equal portions.
* Step 6
Roll 1 portion in to a small circle. Put a portion of the above stuffing in the middle, and close it by bringing all the edges in the middle and roll it again to make it a mini paratha.
* Step 7
Heat a tava and cook the mini paratha on both the sides till light brown in colour using a little ghee.
* Step 8
Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make 5 more parathas.
