Sabudana / Sago Chivda
This dish is made using Nylon Sabudana/ Nylon Sago, a variation of normal Sabudana (Sago). It is extremely delicious and can be eaten as a snack. Kids will particularly enjoy this dish. Adding spices to the Nylon Sabudana/ Nylon Sago enhances the flavour to a great extent! In India, This is a famous fasting dish. The crunch of the Nylon Sago and spices blend together perfectly to form the most delectable snack ever!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the nylon sabudana (sago) and keep aside.
Heat the deep pan and put the ghee.When it becomes hot deep fry the sabudana little by little at a time.
After you finish frying all the sago add all the remaining ingredients.
Serve or keep it in the air tight container. Enjoy!
